Our company gives a high attention to human capital management through Management Trainee program (MT). Dahana is seeking suitable candidates who match the qualification and requirements to join Management Trainee program in PT DAHANA (Persero)
We are looking for:

• Male/ Female
• Maximum ages 30 year old
• University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale, Majoring in Management, Law and Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
• Diploma degree Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
• High Level of English proficiency and computer literacy
• Strong leadership, dinamic, highly motivated and good communication skill
• Willing to be placed and located in all PT Dahana site projects
• Willing not to be married in Management trainee program (9 months)
